• THE FACILITY was completed in mid 2007.

• MAXIMUM HIGH TECH SECURITY at Off Broward Self Storage means motion detectors, individual door alarms, monitored theft alarms, zone fire alarms and sprinklers plus TV monitored entrances. There is also a TENANTS ONLY ACCESS POLICY.
• CLIMATE CONTROLLED UNITS includes temperature and humidity.
• LEASING INFORMATION: month to month leases are available with automatic renewal every month. Notice is not required to terminate the lease, there is no deposit required, and you can lease for as little as two weeks.
• SIZES range from 4x4x4 to 10x30 and several sizes between. If you don't know what size you need, please feel free to contact us to determine the amount of space.
